How to Buy a Vehicle Through Us

Four simple steps from first contact to vehicle in your hands.

Step 1

Register & Deposit

To get started, contact us via WhatsApp or the enquiry form. Once registered, you'll pay a deposit of minimum 30% of the vehicle's price to activate your bidding access. The deposit is not an extra fee — it is deducted from your final invoice after a successful purchase.

  • Deposit covers your commitment and protects against backing out after winning a bid
  • If no suitable vehicle is found, your deposit is fully refunded (minus transfer fees)
  • Payment via international bank transfer — details provided on registration
  • Higher deposit unlocks bidding on higher-value vehicles

Step 2

Browse, Review & Bid

Once your deposit is confirmed, we search Japan's major auction houses on your behalf and share matching vehicles with full auction sheet translations, condition grades, and estimated winning prices.

You review and approve — we place the bid. Note that auction windows move fast: you typically have 1–2 days from when we share a listing to confirm before the auction closes. Once the deposit is made, you'll be contacted via WhatsApp for all further coordination.

  • Full English auction sheet translation provided
  • We advise on realistic bid prices (generally +10% buffer on estimates)
  • We bid on your behalf — no auction access required on your end
Step 3

Invoice Payment & Shipment

When your bid is successful, we issue a detailed invoice covering the auction price, our agent fee, inland transport to the export port, and your chosen shipping method (RoRo or container). Your deposit is applied against this total.

Full payment is required within 10 business days. Once received, the vehicle is booked onto the next available vessel. You'll receive the vessel name, booking reference, and an estimated departure date.

  • Invoice itemises every cost — no hidden fees
  • Vehicle reaches the export port within 15–25 days of auction win
  • Choice of RoRo or container shipping depending on destination
  • Tracking details shared once vessel departs Japan

Step 4

Delivery & Port Collection

While the vessel is in transit, we prepare and send all required export documentation to you.

Your vehicle typically arrives at destination port 20–60 days after departure from Japan depending on your region. From here, you or your broker handle customs clearance, duties, and registration. Our responsibility transfers to you at the destination port.

  • Australia ~20 days · Africa ~30–40 days · Europe ~50–60 days
  • Buyer is responsible for customs duties, taxes, and local registration
